At the heart of Bolder Banking is GSBC’s renowned Annual School Session. This rigorous, three-year educational experience brings together community bankers from across the country to learn, collaborate, and lead. Students in this program dive into real-world challenges, explore long-term trends, and generate forward-looking solutions through hands-on projects and strategic discussions.
