Bold Leaders.

The GSBC experience creates community among community bankers.

Peer learning models of instruction and diverse leadership perspectives join forces at GSBC to forge bold leaders for the industry.

Peer Groups

GSBC connects new students before they arrive on campus through peer groups led by upperclassmen. Groups meet virtually in June, then in person at a July kickoff, continuing throughout the year to complete a Peer Group Project. The result: a bold, supportive community that explores how GSBC insights can impact their banks.

Committed to Lead Micro-Credential

GSBC invites second- and third-year students to enroll in the optional Committed to Lead micro-credential, designed to shape bold, future-focused community bank leaders. Students reflect on CEO insights, leadership needs and readiness coursework to chart their leadership path. Graduates earn a digital credential and LinkedIn-ready seal, and are recognized at GSBC’s Annual School Session graduation.
